Ever since nail caviar burst on the scene, nails have been about more than a shiny finish. Some interpretations of nail art have to do with the texture rather than the image that is on the nail. From matte to leather, to Liquid Sand and crackle, there’s a texture for everyone.
China Glaze has jumped on the textured bandwagon and is now introducing their newest lacquer aptly named Texture. Simply apply as you would any other polish, and watch it dry with a 3-D effect. What sets this polish apart from the rest is that it adds texture in only one step. You can add a top coat if you desire, or leave it as is, with its sugared rim-like texture. The colors certainly remind me of summer, and summertime cocktails in particular. Their names reflect the look and feel of the product: In the Rough, Itty, Bitty & Gritty, Of Coarse!, Unrefined, Bump & Grind, and Toe-tally Textured. The collection will be available in salons and beauty supply stores come May.
