With a background in professional botany, Jennifer Lee Segale founded Garden Apothecary, a line of organic and handmade products that make for an indulgent body care regimen. Segale began farming on the California coast in 1999 and started a landscape design company in the San Francisco Bay area. She fused both experiences to create the company that crafts small-batch botanical products for the face and body.
Some of the products also serve a dual purpose. The Rose Leaf Bath Tea for example is packed in a recycled glass bottle and top which can be used to hold items or as a decorative vase once the contents inside have been used.
