Hawaiian prints and bright colors at Cynthia Rowley were made even more lively when paired with Essie‘s color and Luxeffects. The blinged out look included a layer of Ridge Filling, followed by two coats on each nail of either For the Twill of it, Midnight Cami, or Licorice. Top with a coat of Stroke of Brilliance or Set in Stones.
