Happy National Candy Month! In honor of the tasty celebration, Q-tips teamed up with celebrity nail tech, Kimmie Kyees to satisfy your sweet tooth (and nails) with cute DIY designs. Follow these steps for a yummy candy button look.
What you will need:
-Base coat
-White polish
-Green polish
-Light blue polish
-Yellow polish
-Pink polish
-Q-tip Precision Tip cotton swab
-Top coat
-Scratch paper
- Prep the nail with a base coat and paint the nails with a white polish. Pour green, light blue, yellow, and pink polishes into separate sections on a scratch paper.
- Dip the end of a Q-tip Precision Tips cotton swab in the green polish and apply a straight line of dots from the cuticle to the free edge of each nail.
- Repeat the process with a new cotton swab for each color.
- Once the polish is dry. apply top coat to seal the entire look.
